In the Melbourne rain a woman draped in Australian flags at the “March for Australia” pokes her tongue at the camera during a right-wing, anti-immigration rally. She reflects the mood on the street, hostile and aggressive. Protesters claimed to respect the flag, and wore it as hats and capes while shouting at and abusing passers-by and counter-protesters.
