Peter Kinchington, Treefern at Olinda Creek (Pinhole Photograph) (LANDSCAPE & ENVIRONMENT 2026)

This is one of my favourite treeferns it lies prone over Olinda Creek. This time I photographed it with my homemade 8x10in pinhole camera. I used orthochromatic X-ray film. The long exposure of one hour requires me to photograph early in the morning when it is very still with no wind. Exposure Details: f/250 1h. Development Details: 1:200 rodinal semi-stand development.
