Stewart Manning, The Watchman (LANDSCAPE & ENVIRONMENT 2026)

Rising from the Utah desert, the mesa stands like a solitary sentinel beneath the setting moon. Separated by unimaginable distances yet brought together for a fleeting moment, the two forms speak of vastly different measures of time—one carved over millions of years, the other forever moving through the night sky. The monochrome treatment strips away distraction, leaving only form, light and silence.
