The light between day and night is the time when the city is part seen and part unseen. The day dwellers retreat to their homes and the night dwellers emerge into the night brining new life to a darkening city. The pulse of the city changes to a new beat. In this photo I have stripped some of the colour to add to the impact of the low light shot in the blue hour.
