MARIA LLOYD, STORMY RIDGE FRONTIER (LANDSCAPE & ENVIRONMENT 2026)

A multi-layered landscape study documenting the rugged topography of my rural property in Central Queensland. Framed from an open paddock, the composition moves through a weathered timber fence line into a dense expanse of native eucalyptus, culminating in a striking view of distant blue mountain ridges under a heavy, rolling storm sky. The image explores the raw, expansive frontier of regional Australia as a weather front closes in.
