Vaughan Brookfield, R.M. Prime (ADVERTISING & FASHION 2025)

Shot just before opening, this image is part of a series for Ayrburn’s new venue in Queenstown, a stream-side location featuring a bakery, butchery, restaurant, and bar. The space wasn’t fully operational yet, so we had to build sets and craft scenes to bring it to life. This frame focuses on the butchery, where a lone craftsman prepares a rack of lamb behind glass. Surrounded by hanging meats, tiled walls, and antique tools, it’s a quiet tribute to tradition and the art of slow, considered work.
