Premier Tower is a 294-metre-high, 90-storied skyscraper located in Spencer Street, Melbourne. This iconic structure opened in June 2021 and is a 172-roomed luxury hotel and high-end 795 residential apartment development costing $430 million to complete. Designed by renowned Melbourne-based architects, Elenberg Fraser.
