Geoff Whiley, Piedras Rojas Atacama Chile (LANDSCAPE & ENVIRONMENT 2025)

Piedras Rojas (Red Rocks). The expanse of red rocks border on the salt-tinged edge of the Salar de Aguas Calientes lake with volcanic deposits on the hillside and hints of snow on the mountains at the horizon. At 4200 meters elevation it is literally breath-taking.
