When you photograph your mob they love to pose for you, even when you're meant to be shooting candid. I love these young people. This image was taken at a NAIDOC fashion event with Peter Farmers designs. I am grateful for the opportunity to capture their youthful pride and beauty. I shoot with feeling, I follow the vibes and take part in the joy, my work is raw and unedited on purpose. In a world of selfies and ai I choose natural, off the cuff with energy from the people I am photographing.
