Each year on Anzac Day, we pause to remember those who served. This image captures a solitary marcher in the Sydney dawn, carrying a portrait of perhaps his grandfather since passed. It is a reminder that national traditions are carried by individuals, each walking in memory of someone who shaped their life and their country.
