Danielle Fisher, Identity (ART & CONCEPTUAL 2026)

Identity is a self-portrait from a series exploring neurodivergent burnout, masking and the fragmentation of self that can occur when internal experience and outward presentation no longer align. Through layered portraiture, reflection and repetition, the image becomes both observation and confession, examining the tension between performing a version of oneself and trying to recognise the person underneath.
