Kane Feaver, Decay of Frivolity (PEOPLE & PORTRAIT 2026)

An allegory of dopamine addiction, set in a universe that treats seemingly innocent acts of joy and frivolity as the activities of society’s underbelly. This work imagines a world where joy has been relegated to a black market. An eerie physical dystopia that parallels the digital one that seemingly controls many peoples lives.
